🎤 1. Voice Functionality:

• Location: Chatbot settings > Update tab > Advanced settings (at the bottom)

• Features: a) Microphone button in chat widget for voice input b) Text-to-speech output for chatbot responses

• Uses free web API built into most browsers (except Firefox)

• Video tutorial coming soon from Ross

  

🤖 2. AI Agency Internal Support Bot:

• Access: AI Agent tab > Internal AI Support Bot

• Only visible in white-labeled platform version

• Enhance internal support capabilities

  

📅 3. Conversational Scheduling Improvements:

• Fixed: Full-day busy events in Google Calendar now properly reflected
