Additional features include an agency wallet system, advanced SaaS configurator, and customizable add-ons. Existing subscribers retain their current rates but can upgrade/ switch to the new plans at anytime.

💵 Wallet System Explained

The wallet system replaces the old message credits system. Old message credits will be converted to an available wallet balance at $0.003 per message credit for both agencies and sub-accounts. (Example: 500K message credits becomes a wallet balance of $1,500)

💰 Agency Wallet System 💰

The agency wallet balance is maintained by the agency's credit card with both manual and auto billing options.

• Example: When your wallet balance is less than $10, your credit card will be charged $10.

When is the Agency's Wallet charged?

The agency's wallet is charged for AI messages sent, extra storage and extra AI agents. A small amount for each AI message sent (or you can upgrade to the new Full SaaS Mode to use your own OpenAI API key and avoid this cost).

Cost per AI Message Sent

• GPT-3.5: $0.005/message.

• GPT-4 Turbo: $0.05/message.

• GPT-4o: $0.02/message.

Cost per Extra Storage (Characters)

• $5/month for 1,000,000 characters.

Cost per Extra AI Agent (Not applicable for Full SaaS Mode since they have unlimited AI agents already)

When is the Agency's Credit Card charged?

• When you increase the balance of your wallet manually.

• When you set your auto-billing threshold and your wallet balance falls below that threshold.

Why is Stammer making this change to a wallet system?

• We work extremely closely with our subscribers and community (on a daily/ weekly basis with our Discord and Office Hours) to figure out how to improve Stammer.ai. One of the biggest pieces of feedback we've gotten in the last few months is how confusing message credits are to explain to customers. In order to solve this problem we had to redesign how the platform works. Now, with a wallet system we can provide a better user experience and have a better system for usage billing based features like voice, image generation etc. The wallet is just the beginning of the new features that we built based directly on feedback from our customers who helped us refine it along the way.

🏦 Client Sub-Account Wallet System 🏦

• Each client has a sub-account wallet maintained by the client’s credit card.

• This balance is used to pay for each AI message sent at the price your agency has set.

• Example: When your client's AI agent (using GPT-4o) sends a message, your agency wallet will be charged $0.02 and at the same time the sub-account's wallet will be charged $0.05 (or whatever price you set as the profit margin for GPT-4o messages).

When is the Client Sub-Account's Wallet charged?

The client's wallet is charged for AI messages sent, extra storage and extra AI agents inside their sub-account based on the prices set by the agency.

When is Client Sub-Account Credit Card charged?

• When the client increases the balance of their wallet manually.

• When you or your clients set the auto-billing threshold for the sub-account wallet and wallet balance falls below that threshold.

These payments will charge the client's credit card and are sent directly to the agency's Stripe account as new revenue/ income.

🏗️ Updates to the SaaS Configurator

What is the SaaS Configurator?

• The SaaS configurator allows agencies to build custom subscription packages to use to organize and build offers for clients. After taking feedback from our customers we have updated it substantially to include a ton of new features and control over the different pricing options for each package.

The new SaaS configurator inside Stammer.ai allows agencies to have advanced control over the creation and management of subscription packages and what AI features to include to sell to clients.

These subscriptions will have all of these different customization options.

Activate/Deactivate Free Trial:

• You can set a free trial period for your subscription plans and choose how many days the trial lasts. When your clients sign up, they will enter their credit card details but won't be charged until the trial period ends.

Complimentary Credit:

• You can give free credit when clients purchase a subscription plan, either as a one-time credit or recurring monthly credit. This credit will be added to the client's sub-account wallet balance.

This page shows how to set markup margins for different AI message models, allowing you to control the cost charged to customers and the profit per message for each model.

First of all, thank you for your continued support!

We've heard your feedback so here's all the goodies we made for ya:

1. Your subscription price will stay the same or get cheaper (depending what you're paying right now.

2. Everything is going to work the exact same you just now have more control. All of your AI agents (and your sub-account's AI agents) will continue to work the exact same way.

3. Message credits will be being converted into a wallet balance at the rate of 1 Message Credit = $0.003. You will have a Agency Wallet Balance. Your Clients will have Sub-Account Wallet Balance.

4. Usage is getting cheaper. Instead of "5 message credits" for a GPT-4o message, we are simplifying to a 'cost per message' that will be deducted from your agency wallet balance. GPT-4o = $0.02 /message. GPT-4 Turbo = $0.05 /message. GPT-3.5 Turbo = $0.005 /message.

5. AI agents inside each client sub-account will have a balance that is used to pay for each AI message sent. As an agency you will set the profit margin for each AI message sent for each of your clients.

6. You will have a Storage Balance of characters. This is the amount of data that you and your clients can upload to your AI agent's knowledge base. You can upsell additional storage to your clients and keep 100% of the profits.

7. With this update you have more control and customization over the subscriptions you sell to your clients.

8. If you signed up before 7/10/24 you will receive a bonus of up to $1,000 added to your wallet balance and a bonus of 1,000,000 characters added to your storage balance. Schedule meeting to get your bonus.
