New Chatbot Dashboard UI
You can now more easily access and update every aspect of your A.I. chatbots within 1 click!
Dashboard: This is the new ‘homepage’ for each of your A.I. chatbots. Here you can test and train better responses, access the embed code, share links, and UUID for all your connection needs.
Update: This is the main tab where you enter in the chatbot details and add rules into the Base System Prompt to tell the A.I. chatbots how to act.
Knowledge Base: This is where you can train your A.I. chatbot by copy/pasting text, uploading files like .pdf and .doc, scraping website urls and adding standard Q/A pairs.
Leads: This is the master tab to manage everything ‘lead generation’.
Custom Forms: Here you can build a custom form with questions that users have to answer before starting a chat conversation.
View/ Download Collected Leads: You can view the leads collected by the form and all of their associated data fields in a spreadsheet format. You can also download all of these leads directly via a download .csv button.
Define Lead Collection Webhook URL: This allows you to paste in a webhook URL from your CRM (or any other platform) to have the collected lead data automatically be sent to your CRM.
Conversations: This tab allows you to see all past conversations and train better responses based on information you’d like the A.I. chatbot to know.
Appearance: Customize your chat widget with custom logos, colors and fonts to control the look and feel to your client’s users.
