1. Dashboard Translation Module:

• Users can now select different languages from the UI, including English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Russian, Japanese, German, and Italian.

2. Website Scraping Approach:

• A revamped approach to website scraping has been introduced, laying the groundwork for future features where users will receive feedback during the scraping process.

• This is also setting the platform up to be able to scrape beyond 100+ URLS.

3. Improved Query Code:

• Modifications to how we query customer document databases and the chat GPT prompts have been made. These iterative improvements are expected to yield better responses, especially with the chat GPT 3.5 model (& eventually GPT 4 model).

4. Trial Account Identification:

• We’ve introduced a quick way for users to distinguish between trial and paid accounts for agencies.

• There is now a label shown next to each account in your dashboard to identify if it is a free trial account or paid account and the way that account was created.

5. UI and Visual Improvements:

• Various visual enhancements have been made to the chat widget, making it look more modern.

• A refresh button has been added to clear and restart chats.

• Note: There’s a minor issue with the light blue color which will be addressed.

6. Custom “Powered by” Tagline

• Admins can now customize the tagline seen by users at the bottom of the chat window.

7. Bug Fixes:

• A bug that caused zero-out allocated credits in the free-trial dashboard has been fixed.

8. Custom Domain Deployment:

• UI indications have been added to show when a custom domain deployment is successful.

• Users can now easily see and copy their newly deployed domain’s URL.

Other Development Updates

• API, API, API: We’ve heard you loud ‘n clear and are focusing all of efforts over the next month to complete the last core function module allowing admins to connect other 3rd party platforms to their Stammer dashboard.

• Lead Generation Form Updates: We will be updating the lead form so admins are able to set custom questions for their chatbots. All of this data will be sent via the corresponding webhook allowing leads to be auto added to email drip sequences based on their responses.
